2 bedroom Apartment in Boca Grande, Cartagena, Colombia. Prime location between two big Hotels. Capilla Del Mar and Almirante . Located on El Malecon Avenida in front of the beach on the 10th floor, high enough to be away from the street. It is a short walking distance from the two large supermarkets Carullo and Olympica, restaurants, boutiques, a Cafeteria and a Cinema are within 1 to 3 blocks.
The apartment usually has a breeze or the four ceiling fans in each room or the two air conditioners if you get desperate.
Excellent 24 hour security and a nice lobby. 2 bedrooms and a maids room (essentially a 3rd bedroom with bed and bathroom) There are 2 bathrooms. The kitchen has a gas stove and refrigerator and black granite counter tops. The main bathroom has a hot water shower device which is very adequate for its purpose. The balcony overlooks the ocean. The place is fully furnished with cable TV, queen size bed in master bedroom. The 2nd bedroom has a full size and twin size bed.
The dining area is equipped with large glass round table on stone pedestal and 5 chairs with extra chairs from the balcony if needed. There are fixtures for hammocks built in the walls. A land line telephone is available for local calls or your calling card for long distance. There is an extra cable connection in the bedroom. Towels, sheets, cookware included. Wireless internet is available on demand. Ask manager to hook up.
The rental rates are 70-85 usd for low season and 140 usd at high season. Super high season is 170 usd Dec 23-Jan 10. Sorry, administration is looking for family types or couples only.
Generally only rents for from 3 days to a week or more. If it rents for the month you will pay the electric bill.
