Little by little and with the help of friends in CR, I’ve been able to obtain this time-consuming pile of papers. They wouldn’t hold any value for me once I sell this property, that’s why I’ll give it to the buyer for nothing.
Differently from touristy beach towns, La Fortuna has no crime history. Its infrastructure is good (bus terminal, clinic, paved streets, parks, organic markets, banks, schools, etc) Construction materials are still cheap and the location cannot be better in my opinion. Hundreds of visitors pass by and spend at least 3 days here before heading to either coast, pacific or Caribbean. I think this is a good investment opportunity for anyone in the states who are looking for a way out of the rat race or an early retirement opportunity, and wish to open up a hostel kind of business.
