This is a very unique apartment. It is a house on top of a 5 story building (³»ΌΣ). It is 2 bedrooms, 1 bath, and living room plus kitchen. Small but easy to clean and manage; it also has a very large rooftop patio with garden as well as a secondary rooftop if you like to sun tan a lot. It is located right behind nanchang park 2 minutes walk from Guting station exit 8. Landlord is excessively nice and prompt on any repairs. The neighborhood is also quite quiet and the house has no next- door neighbors. The bedroom for rent is fully furnished- bed, lamp, desk, chair, closet, chest, shelf. The house is 8 minutes walk from shida and about 12 from cks memorial. This house is only a two person one so it avoids the excessive in- and- out of people. The other roommate is an american student.
